Management of the Project PDF Print

The major decision-making body of the project is the JEP Steering Committee. It consists of the Coordinator, Contractor (Grant Applicant) and five contact persons from other consortium members. Since the Coordinator and Contractor are also the contact persons of their institutions, each participating institution has a representative in this Committee. The work of the Committee is prepared and organized by the Coordinator and the Contractor.

They are responsible for the preparations and realizations of the decisions of the Committee, and their work is supported by Local coordinating/monitoring board (consists of one representative from each Partner country non-academic consortium member and 4 representatives from University of Kragujevac).

The Contractor will be responsible for the overall functioning of the project. He will keep all the books of the project, and without his consent no funds will be spent. The Coordinator will be responsible for equipment purchasing, where he will (after detailed consultations with the Local C/M board) ask for three or more suppliers for quotations. Other partners will cooperate with delivering receipts, grantholder reports and contracts to the Coordinator. Based on decisions of JEP Steering Committee, the West institutions will provide teachers/experts for retraining of Serbian trainers while the selection of these persons is mainly the task of the Local C/M board.
