Dissemination PDF Print

Dissemination will be a permanent task during and beyond the lifetime of the project. Considering the fact that one of main project objectives is to raise public awareness toward environmental issues, it is clear that dissemination of project results will be the key element of successful project implementation. From the very beginning, special attention will be paid to identification of groups who, although not directly involved in it, should be able to benefit from it. It is very important that these groups will be regularly informed about the progress of the project and about the possibility of taking part in promotion of main project ideas.

The project will start with launching of Web site, so the latest project information will be always available. Internet resources will be also used for the dissemination of project electronic bulletins. Those e-bulletins will be published twice a year and disseminated through free-subscription form. However, due to the fact that Internet access is not yet enough widespread in Serbia, printed materials and CD-medias will also be used for wider audience informing. These materials will be distributed during short presentations of project results organized for media, local/regional/national decision-makers, scientists, business people, citizens, and others who want to take part and work together in solving community problems.

Very important users such as ministries, agencies and local authorities in Serbia, will be informed about project results by newsletters addressed personally in order to gain their commitment and subsequent support for sustainable continuation.

We should not neglect the fact that project will enhance professional and human qualities of teachers from the participating Serbian universities by direct contact with their colleagues and academics from partner countries. People with experience and knowledge gained while working on this project will be able to help others to prepare and carry out new Tempus projects.
